Item Editor *Updated*

Here is a simple item editor to go along with chrrox's
npceditor.
I will work on better ways of doing this but at the monent im working 12hr shifts so I dont have much time, for now it will get you started.

All you need to do is edit items.php with a text editor and fill in your database info.
Then install on your web server.
