It may be beneficial to allow administrators to decide how long an idle zone remains active before shutting down. In my case for instance, I may want any visited zone to stay "alive" for 60 minutes, vs 5 minutes which is our default now. Other admins may wish for inactive zones to shut themselves down almost immediately.
If for nothing else, it would help the dev teams with testing zone startup/shutdown without having to wait - and while we can edit the code, I figure the more configurability, the better.
Not necessary, very low priority, just a suggestion.

This has been implemented and is working great.
The only thing I recommend adding is a minimum value. I set my zones to 30 second shutdowns, and if there is lag or slow connectivity, the zone that just started might shut down before the player gets there. Saw that happen to me a few times.
Maybe a minimum value allowed of 60 seconds.
