Rise of Kunark "Creating Entities" Crash

Ok so Ive had the Rise of Kunark for a while now. And about a month ago I was able to get on any server here. Well I was always wondering why I couldnt get the game to the patch we were on. So I was sorting through the forums and found the EMUPatcher. Ok so I get the patcher, I lead it to my EQ2 directory which is Rise of Kunark. And see that we are on 5582L, so I let it patch my game to that and start up my server and I notice when I login it stops at "Creating Entities" then my game crashes. So I tryed it a few more times to no avail again. So I shut off my server and try again and it still does the same. Is there something wrong with my client now or no?

It may have messed up your installation maybe not, but anyway...next time you want to try out a newer version, do yourself a favor and create a new copy and use that one, that way you know you always have a working copy.
