Ok,
i've setup a fresh winXp and the same error message pops up.
Any help?!
My Setup:
Windows Xp Professional
WinPcap4.1 beta and WinPcap 4.0.2 tested
Loading ignore list from IgnoreList.txt...
Note that all ignored names are case sensitive!!
INFO: Added None to ignore list.
1. rpcap://\Device\NPF_GenericDialupAdapter (Network adapter 'Adapter for generic dialup and VPN capture' on local host)
2. rpcap://\Device\NPF_{8209595E-82A3-4000-A3ED-E1C0D362B6B8} (Network adapter 'Marvell Gigabit Ethernet Controller Microsoft's Packet Scheduler) ' on local host)
Enter the interface number (1-2):2
Waiting for EQ2 to start.
Failed: 1
Error loading PacketCollect: code 1317
**EDIT**
My live client version is still 5663L, could this cause the problem?

Is this a non-english client, and that is why it is not 5709L?
I know with GU52, the collector had to be changed due to some shinanegan's on SOE's end. Another user (presumeably US) is having the same problem on Windows 7.
Can you post the date/time stamp of the current EQ2PacketCollector.exe you are using?

I have tested the collector on Windows XP too, so i think its my client version. SOE seems to have a problem with the german client. I ll try to get the english client to play around with the collector.
My PacketCollector has the same timestamps as yours. So nevermind i can wait

Another thing, does your country get Game Updates the same time the US does? Maybe that's why, if your servers + clients have not received the game update that caused the changes to Collector to be made.
