That is about the Collector, really. The Parser though has also been removed from Public until more development was done. I do keep updating a release of Parser for the public to use once it is stable.
My personal reasons why these tools should not be available is that we do not need 12 different databases being built; we need one. One that benefits all admins, not just one single admin who cannot offer to help the core team.
For those of you who have gone out of your way to help EQ2Emulator and our project, I have always been more than willing to (privately) provide you with all our tools. It's usually after that time I never hear from anyone again

I totally understand
Although my interests in EQ2Emulator are not in a live like database (custom for me baby!) I am more interested in assisting you guys with opcodes and such. I happened to be logged into live that day and thought maybe some of that data might be of use
