how to join a private server

Hello guys my english isnt sooo good so i dont udnerstand how i can play on the free server pls someone can may be post a special help from part1 to play the game?

Edit: Do i need a station acc? btw. i load the game on the everquest 2 site

You do not need a Station account, you need to first get a version of Everquest 2 that will work with ours. To do that, purchase The Rise of Kunark, or The Shadow Odyssey and DO NOT PATCH either of them. Once you have done that, please follow the player guide:

ok i can play now but when im in the world there is no npc ??? i got no quests no waypoints nothing , so i dont know what i have to do????

Blizz's server doesn't have any NPC's or mobs. Tess has mobs and NPC's, but I think it's down at the moment. LethalEncounter's server is up sometimes, and that one has mobs and NPC's. I don't know the status on the other servers, but when the project goes to beta, I'll be hosting a server of my own.

Remember, the project is in alpha stage, which means hardly anything works. If you'd like to help get the project moving along faster, you can always get the packet collector and help collect some zones.
