character_quests problems

I noticed there was some delay between a character quest being accepted and it appearing in the character_quests table, which seems to cause a problem where by a player accepts a quest and then completes it before it has entered into the table. The quest doesn't appear at all, (which i'd expect for the quest to appear and also have it's completed_date stamped)

Just thought i'd mention it, i have a pretty simple quest that doesn't take long at all to complete and it never sticks in peoples journal after relogin
