Deadlock: NPC_AI::MHatelist

Here's a new deadlock I started seeing last night. We had 6 players online, most standing around me turning themselves into bovinasauruses (grin) but a few were off playing, and of course the Queen's Colony guards were defending against invaders. Not sure of any other details but this, but we noticed commands stopped working, general client updates halted for up to 30s or so then all our previous commands would spam out. Then, repeat. Finally, I noticed deadlock issues at the console, and Tess crashed.

Today, same end result - I see this message, then world crashes:

The following functions had locks:
        NPC_AI::AddHate (250)

LE/Scat, I will PM you the log, since it's too big to attach here. Maybe you can see what's causing it. Top of the log is the call stack.

Looks like it might be a bug with the locking code rather than with this particular lock. Testing fix now...
