Running server need internet access?

I'm hoping to set up an eq2 server on this laptop for my husband so that he can take it to Iraq. He will not have internet access but will have a router. Will he be able to run a server and allow others to access it using the router?

You probably want to save yourself some time and download the turn-key ServerPack posted in the Releases forum.
