While doing quest The Final Assault, The step to burn the tents, As soon as I stepped a foot into the area, I was set upon by no less that 20 Tunarians at once, They have really stepped up thier security!

Aggro Radius offsets were added a while ago, need to verify they are accurate for all spawns - that will take a while ;) It would help to know if you were already pulling a train behind you when you entered that area?

Scat, go stand in The Sprawl on Dev, you'll see this behavior. NPCs that aggro one another are running all the way across the zone to fight, then run back, then forth, then back... it's almost comical.
