I am working on updating all the emotes as well. We are missing dozens of them.
One thing I noticed though, we actually need a new field in the emotes table for when someone targets themself.
IE-

Target noone- Player runs his thumb across his throat, threatening everyone!
Target player- Player runs his thumb around his throat, threatening target!
Target self- Player pretends to cut his own throat!

For Zexis request, I have added emotes.self_message (minor version 246) for when we get around to adding this.
