Scat, I think this is a side-effect of trying to get the is_online fixed, but I am noticing when I /zone on my private server, it shows not only my client connected, but a 2nd client for about a minute.. which is impossible since it is local machine only.

I'd like to un-do this attempted fix if that's the case. I'd rather have accurate client counts than this. We'll have to find another way to keep is_online active.
