Change this to always happens, as a necromancer when casting coil, and queueing Soulrot, upon casting of soulrot the casting bar locks up. I am not able to clear it now, have camped and relogged and am still unable to cast spells. rebooted server, and spells still unable to cast. It also seems to be keeping a phantom connection on the server when camping with this effect.
