Automatic update

Post by felich » Sat Jun 05, 2010 10:41 pm

I updated to the SVN and then the server downloaded the DB updates, I re-ran the server, no further updates.

Now, Almost all items that have attribute bonuses..i.e. str int wis etc.. and Resists are all 0.

Logged into Rhas's server and it was the same there.
Logged into Tess and the items were fine.

Who do I blame now? (besides myself) :P

It looks like the recent change to packet structures allowing multiple types might be causing this. I looked into it a little bit but Scatman might be able to give a quick answer to this.

Which client version are you using? Stupid me forgot to test it on a pre-SOF client so that may be the issue.

Scat... sigh.

SF client isn't even official here yet. Can we not commit anymore code til the client is actually working? Or is there some big update no one told me about and now SF clients are working?

Well that code change was only meant to be for SF in preparation to actually get the SF client working.
