I Am Completely Lost

I am downloading that serverpack file right now. The whole MySQL thing was driving me nuts though. I did open up a couple of ports though on my firewall. Hopefully, that helps sometime in the future if I can get this dang thing working.

I downloaded the server pack, but it says it is for private use. It isn't for using as a public server. I'm trying to set up a server for others to check out - even if it is just a handful of people.

Actually if you can pull of reading a few lines of the config files, and feel safe editing. you can make it for multi-people. I did just fine and if you give me a little, i'll post my code up. Real simple, especially if you have knowledge of EQEmu (Yes they are setup very similar, no I don't care if people yell)

Steve is right, it is simple to set up for public. The admin guide included should show you how as well, as there is also an example LoginServer.ini in the tools folder.

People just hate reading instructions, I guess. Shame.
