Do you always log on naked again?

Just curious, anytime I create an item (armor or something, have only been successful in creating two so far) once I log out and come back on its gone again, was curious if there is a way to create an item and it stay, or is that not in yet?
Also, are mounts of any kind in, and if so is there somewhere that list how to summon one. Thanks and I hope this is the right forum for this type of question.

Yah items and spawns aren't saved yet. They are loaded if you fill in the tables in the db before you enter but it hasn't been added yet. Mounts haven't been added either.
