Is it possible to change the walk and run speed of characters? If yes, how? If no, will it be possible in the future?
Also, is sprint available yet?

Yes, sprint is available as well as the /speed command.

I thought sprint was available, but for some reason I don't see it anywhere. I'll try /speed tonight.
I never thought I would say that last sentence.
