I like your idea Artak, but unfortunaly there is no need of a language specific site.
If its really wanted, ask the moderators to add a "German Help" or "German Translation" Section in this forums.
There will be also a Wiki-Project where everyhting may be translated in every language you can imagine..so there is absolutely no need for a second site.
And until the originial Server isnt working stable with a working database, you will waste your time.
Stay here, make a community on this forums, this will help a lot more.

wait? I doesn´t want to wait.
I wait too long for this Emu I can´t wait anymore...
Can I help or suport this projekt, can I made something? Insert mobs into the DB create spawn pionts or anything else I want to help but I doesn´t know what and if it´s only to suport this projekt in an other language.
OK I sleep one night, I hope to find tomorrow an answer.

Artak, there is a Database team at this community already putting together live game data into zones. It will be a slow process, because we want the data to be perfect - not just thrown in there because we are in a hurry.
Some servers on the Login have NPCs spawned. If you want to test a German client, you should connect to one of them (TessEQ2 is mine, with NPCs spawned in Qeynos Villages) so you can see if the translation works for you.
Otherwise, good luck with your own project. Though I strongly feel everyone working for one team is the best course of action; patience is required. If you do not have patience, you are on your own.
