Which C++ Environment-

Post by Trahelion » Wed Jul 27, 2011 9:46 pm

Which C++ Environment do you guys use or otherwise suggest for someone learning? Right now I have Dev C++ (Which came with my "C++ for the Absolutely Mentally Handicapped"), Or is there even any difference? Is there a particular one that works good with this kind of project?

Visual Basic usually gets a lot of votes!

Visual Basic will not work for EQ2Emulator unless you are developing a 3rd party tool of your own.

We use Visual Studio 2010 (express or professional), specifically C#/C++
