Target Info / Con broken

After running a series of comparisons using our ServerPacks, I found that in ServerPack 1.0 (first release), the mouse-over details from the Target window functioned properly.

But in ServerPack 1.1, it no longer shows target/con data.

Something that changed between 3/18/2009 and 7/3/2009 broke this.

I have eliminated any *recent* server changes (as there have been MANY) by using the older serverpacks in their original state. Sadly, I cannot even blame Zcoretri for this one


PS: These were tested using both the ROK Box (4412) and the TSO Box+ (5122) clients, as the packs did not support 6118L clients at that time.
