Starting Skills
Ok think i have most of the starting skills broken down to where they should go if anyone wants to look over it before i actually start changeing stuff here is the link.

The only thing I see missing is the current_val / max_val for starting skills. Ie., I believe if something is a skill you "just have" and does not increase, it is given a 1 / 1 for current / max values. However if it is a skill that increases, it's starting current / max is 5 / 5.
At least that's what I see in our current data. We could check the code, see whether or not the world determines a difference between the two.

They have Wizards equipping Bucklers now?

-dual wield is not "all": scouts, zerker, guardian
-symbols: (that's the secondary hand/ranged slot for mages, can also be used by SK and paladin)

yea i wasn't sure how eq2 classed dual wield and thanks on symbols was kinda lost on what that was.

-usually a buckler has a class restriction at the bottom of the examine. ex: All priests,Berserker, Guardian,Paladin, Shadowkight, wich never includes mages.

bucklers are use by some healers too
