js3250.dll error on desert of flames box

Post by zenthrose » Thu Sep 22, 2011 9:14 am

as a previous post had said about dll file problems, that is a common thing with box sets, i get an error on the js3250.dll file when the client starts up saying
EverQuest2.exe - Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point JS_GetScriptFilenameFlags could not be located in the dynamic link library js3250.dll.

if anyone has the js3250.dll file from their install that is working could they please share just that one file?
Thanks in advance

Humm not sure DoF will work but i may be wrong tho since I have never tried a box set from back then I've only ever used TSO and SF.
If it's just the DLL that it is having a issue with you could try http://www.dll-files.com/pop.php?dll=js3250 (but make a backup copy of the original file)
EQ II - Build=1360 (Orig) - Build=1360 (DoF) - Build=2654 (KoS) - Build=3375 (Classic) - Build=3554 (EoF)
EQ II - Build=4412 (RoK) - Build=5122 (TSO) - Build=6118 (SF) - Build=7628 (DoV) - Build=8295 (Aod)

DoF box will not work. We do not have opcodes nor structs for that data version. TSO or higher is all we support - Even ROK crashes now, I believe.
