I ran into a problem on EQ2Emulator last night when trying to utilize camp from the EQ2 menu screen as opposed to just typing /camp in the chat window. When clicking on the menu to "Camp to Character Select" and "Camp to Desktop" failed I then attempted to force exit using the /exit command before even attempting to try /camp from the chat window. I have since then not been able to log back into the EQ2Emulator server as my character is still in-game. When attempting to log back into the game the server reports the following message:
"There was an error that prohibited the server from letting you play. Please try again in a few minutes."

Re: Using the /camp Command or Lack Thereof
There is a known bug in the Server that no one else seems to be able to reproduce but me. Happens to me constantly. It should not be related to /camp, buttons or otherwise. But more that the world stops accepting incoming connections. You'd think that would be easy to debug, but apparently not.
I can, repetitively, connect 2 clients to the same world and 50% of the time, the 2nd one fails to connect. Especially if the 1st one has any kind of connection drop issue, zone problem, anything at all related to logging in. I have been unable to trace it, as it requires someone with more knowledge of C++ than I. We're a bit short on that.

Please forgive me if this has been addressed elsewhere, but I'm experiencing the same error: "There was an error that prohibited the server from letting you play. Please try again in a few minutes."
I've searched these forums and this is the most recent thread I could find concerning this error. Could you please advise me, if a solution has been found? Much thanks and gratitude to the team here for their dedication to this great project!

If this was on your own server you will need to restart it, if it is on EQ2Emulator server one of us will have to restart it.
EDIT: I restarted EQ2Emulator server, looks like a client was stuck in the world, just tested it and it is working now.
