Collection Item links

When looting a "?" collection item, the link that gets sent to Chat window does not properly Examine that type of loot. Right-click examine opens the Collections dialog for you to add the item to a collection. I think the clicking of the link should be a similar Examine option, no? Instead, it pops up a blank Item examine window with invalid data inside.

Reproduce: Harvest a ? and when you get the feather or shell, click it in Chat.

Furthermore, mouse-over examining the collection items IN the collection dialog pops up the same blank items examine window.

I guess this was never completed. This is with client 6118L

Yes, clicking the link in the chat window opens up the collections tab in the journal window to add the item to a collection. If the item has already been added to all collections for that particular item, or clicking on the link when that collection item is no longer in your bags, then clicking on the link will provide an examine window. This is the way I've always added to collections on live and it's so much easier than opening your bags to examine the item.
