[Fix] Chat Window Text - Revive Points

Just committed a change (Revision 1498) that fixes the text displayed in the chat window when a player selects a revive point after death.

I tested this change myself and the chat window now properly displays text for reviving in the same location, reviving in a different location and the text displayed when a player is sent to a zones safe coords. Let me know if you find any issues in regard to this patch.
