Hello!
Wonderful site and emulator! I'm not sure if this questions has been answered, and I am new to this for sure. I got the minilogin up and running fine, using the TSO Box. I'm becoming familiar with the various GM commands and such, but the world is empty, no npcs or mobs in any zone. It may be a dumb question, but is this correct? Do I need to populate the world myself, or did I do something wrong? Thanks!

Re: Minilogin Empty World
Found out that some of the zones have npcs and mobs, but not all. It seems to be the early zones that are empty, including capitol cities. I was able to talk to npcs and kill mobs in Timorous Deep, but most zones are empty. Also, /level command won't get me past lvl 50. I'm wondering again if I did something incorrectly. Thanks again for any help.

Many zones are still empty. Mostly what has been done to the emulator up to this point has to do with the world server's core functionality and not so much content. What you do see when you log on is from the first content release (Milestone 1) which included the database and many LUA scripts.Eq2isawesome wrote:I'm becoming familiar with the various GM commands and such, but the world is empty, no npcs or mobs in any zone.
When you set the parameter to greater than 50 was your access on the characters table set to 100 or greater?Eq2isawesome wrote:Also, /level command won't get me past lvl 50.

Re: Minilogin Empty World
Our world is not "empty". Every starter zone and newbie area have spawns, quests and other stuff to fully test server functionality. As Tilt mentioned, we are not focusing on Content before server functionality. We're also not building a world to circumvent SOE's live game, so that's why our content is lacking. We need a working server before any content will work, anyway.

That's probably it, TILT. Still learning a bit... Where can I find and change this?
