I spent some time today not doing what I wanted to, but instead cleaning up all the Linux compiler warnings (which some were actual bugs!). There are about 3 or 4 commits worth of these just in case something is acting up; we can revert different revisions and make it easier to track down which commit caused it. I tested both on Win32 and Linux though, and everything appeared fine.
Just let me know if anyone runs into any weird things that were not happening previously.
