[Fixed] The Journals JournalsQuest window is not compatible

Hi,

First, thank you very much John Adams and the EQ2Emulator Team for all your wonderful work !!!

I meet a strange bug...
I'm using EQ2Emulator-ServerPack1.3 which works very well !
I have two differents EQ2 games directories, one release is 5771L (16 july 2009) and the second one is 7739L (13 June 2011) - when i've stopped playing last year from the official servers.

With the 5771L, if i patch the game with EQ2EMuPatcher.exe using 6118L (current) or 6563L (Halas), or 7628L (DOV Patched), all works fine but i meet an error when i try to open the Quest window saying "The Journals JournalsQuest window is not compatible with the actual client. Try to improve your UI Mod by choosing a compatible release or come back to the original UI (/loadui default)". The "/loadui default" command does not solve the issue.

Strangely, if i patch the 7739L game with the 7628L (DOV Patched), everything in the world is strange (mobs attacking me from into the floor lol), anyway the Quest window opens but with a red message saying "Your Quest journals is full"...

If somebody has an idea because all i try doesn't work.

I think you need to do it from clean/fresh-from-CD install.

If I read that correctly (which I may not of) you used a version that was patched from the live servers and then back patched?

The problem is going to be your UI folder check your pm and post back here is it works.

@Trahelion : I have tried from a fresh install RoK box 4412L and the client crashes, it's why i try with the 5771L patched from SOE but now it works with the 5771L (see below)

I will try and get the 4412L client to work again, since the 0.7.0 release was the last official version where that client should work... I'm sure the issue is Structs related. I'll update the ServerPack 1.3 when it's working.

I forgot to tell you about the doc file (into the "docs" folder) named "ServerPackAdminGuide.html", there is a little wrong thing here : "*to use x64 binaries, you'll need to modify the 3-WorldServer.bat to call the EQ2Worldx64bit.exe instead of just EQ2World.exe", the real name of the 64 bits file is "EQ2World_x64.exe" it's nothing very important, but , perhaps, for newbies/begginers, it can help ?

Indeed, thanks for telling me. I'll update that with the other fixes.
