Ok here's my issue. I am trying to populate a zone frome scratch (New Tunaria). I use the /spawn create npc 135(HE Female) 1 1 'Jynda' command (and no I do not type in the HE Female part, was just using that for referance so you all knew which model I called on) and she spawns fine. I then target her and use the /spawn add new 'Jynda' 100 command to save her in that area. When I /reload spawns and it cycles through everything, I don't get the High Elf Female anymore, I get a woodworking table. I'm not sure if there is something I am doing wrong, or if there is an error in the code somewhere. Any help with this? I would love to work on getting some zones fleshed out and start working on things, but this is a game stopper. Thanks in advance.

Re: Spawns not the same after /reload spawns command
I tried to reproduce this without any luck, even copied and pasted the commands you posted, and tried multiple zones including New Tunaria and it worked every time for me. I think we will need more info to be able to help you mainly what client version you use and what server version you use (one of the repacks or the code from svn).

Re: Spawns not the same after /reload spawns command
I'm using 6118L for my client version and I am using server pack 1.3. Is it possible I should try to build from the svn code and try to re-emulate it with that code to see if perhaps it might be the server pack? This same server pack doesn't allow me to harvest anything either. It keeps telling me no eligible target. Thanks for the reply, I am still investigating on my end as well.

Re: Spawns not the same after /reload spawns command
I just tried with with the server in serverpack 1.3 and a 6118L client and am still unable to reproduce this. I recently had issues with models and char creation on my server and it had turned out that my appearances table had gotten coruptted some how, don't know if this will help you but you can try deleting that table and let it redownload.
To get the table again delete it or empty it then go into the table table_versions and delete the entry for appearances. The next time you run the server and connect to the patch server it will redownload that table, it is important not to close the server window at this point, it may appear to be frozen but it is not let it run, some of the larger tables take forever it seems like even if it displays done it isn't just let it run until it connects to the login server.
Again since I can't reproduce this I am not sure if this will help you or not.

Re: Spawns not the same after /reload spawns command
Best thing to do is after you /spawn save new 'blah', go into the database table for `spawn` and look up the new ID, verify the "model_type" value is what you set it to ("race" does not matter for appearances).
Also, if you are using SOGA models, don't. They are not guaranteed to work (yet). And as suggested, check your `appearances' table. The current, working appearances table should have 17,418 rows (also attached).

Thanks John and others. I hated the Soga models anyway so I never used them even when I played live. LOL. I have decided to wipe my DB and reinstall it to see if that fixes the issue. It could just be something that easy (let's hope). I will keep you posted.
