Details:
3 day ago, I was able to use bell for travel, now nothing happed, no windows displayed.
Note: SF introduce a new system Travel "Outside" a city zone show the world map with all locations
Spawn: mariners_bell (2370068), Zone: The Willow Wood


EDIT:
I guess we should try figuring out the new Travel System for 1096, too. Our old bells worked fine, now they will not?

Fixed an issue preventing DoV clients from using bells, however there are many bells without transport_id set in the db so they will do nothing.
