Public SVN - Updating again

Due to some drastic changes in Combat and Movement, our Public SVN has not been automatically updating until we thoroughly tested the changes. After these few weeks of beating the hell out of it, we think these changes are fairly stable, and also provide a much better gaming experience!

Special thanks to Jabantiz for looking into Combat and Movement and allowing it to devour his soul until he got them working as good as they are now, which is better than we've seen for years.


Because it has been so long between updates, here is a list of changes you can find between rev 1659 and 1689: You can also find Scatman's new "queued Logging" enhancements in this code, which have also been tested up to a certain point - super spammy logging is still in testing ;)
