All,
Here is yet-another-way-too-long tutorial by me on some tips for using our Project Status/Management module on the portal. How to use Search filters and what some of the data means.

Very impressive guide to using the project management portal module. This is a really well done tutorial and extremely thorough. Thanks for putting this together.

Developers!
Small change made today... I have consolidated the Project Management module (the one we used to use) with the Project Status Module (the one the public used) because maintaining 2 separate modules was just silly.
You will find what you need in the Portal \ Project Status page. Let me know if you cannot Add or see Details (devs, of course... non-team members should not be able to do either).

Re: HOWTO: Project Management Portal Module
Small update today to our Project Manager module;
I added the option to "Show Notes", default to "No" - so when you first land on the module you will not be inundated with text. To see the notes, simply toggle the new filter to "Yes" and click Search.
Long Awaited! Added the ability to link directly to a specific query from the forum - such as this:

Re: HOWTO: Project Management Portal Module
After looking at some Project Management packages like Trac, Redmine, and a few others, I decided what I've already written would take less time to enhance than adopting an entirely new project management suite
So, for now, you're stuck with ProjMan!
More ProjMan updates today -
* added Priority search filter
Example of 0.7 (all) and "In-Progress"
More ProjMan updates today -
* added Priority search filter
- You can now search by Priority - check your 1-Immediate's!
- I doubt anyone ever used the min/max % options, so I replaced them with an In-Progress filter
- You can now search version 0.7, and see everything 0.7.0 - 0.7.9
Vice Versa, if you search for 0.7.1 specifically, anything assigned to "0.7" as an ongoing-throughout target can be seen
- Added "In-Progress" so you can quickly see 2-Design and 3-Development stage statuses
- When adding New statuses, the system now remembers most of the data you entered, so you only have to change a few things - this was getting ANNOYING:)
Example of 0.7 (all) and "In-Progress"
