why always say runtime errors?

all done!
when i run world.exe
say:MYsql error #1405 or #2001 means your mysql server rejected the uesername and password you presented it
hit any key to exit
why? why?
ps: when i run mysql
create database eq2emu;
grant all privileges on eq2emu.* to yyms@"%" identified by "5225109"

at "->" here
me do not doing anything..keep windows open
