Reuse displaying
With SF client, recast timer not display and not show the reuse timer on icon with DoV work propely

I'm not going to ask devs to fix SF client anymore since we're planning to drop it Dec 31, 2012 anyway. However, if they have time or interest to do so, they can. I definitely want to maintain an "EQ2Classic" path, but not at the expense of current development.
