Looks Great!

Post by verdicaysen » Fri Dec 28, 2012 12:51 pm

Greetings all,

First of all let me just say I think your drive and passion is amazing. I did notice that there weren't any players on the currently active servers. However, do not let that ever affect your drive. Everyone that has contributed has done an amazing job. The utilities, tools, and programs are nearly spot on and everything is easy to work with thanks to the documentation . (Though some are outdated.) You've given my family and I a wonderful tool to house LAN sessions of EverQuest 2 - something that is only made possible with dedication and intelligent people loving what they do!

So a little about myself:

* I'm the CEO and Lead Designer of a small indie game development studio. (I do Computer Repair on the side.)

* I love MMO's, Games in General, and all business associated with them.

* Family man of three kids (Soon to be three.)

* US Navy Vet

I'm looking forward to contributing where I can and I am excited to see what you all bring to the table in 2013!

Welcome, it is always nice to see a new name around here. If you jump into the server code and have any questions let me know and I will do my best to answer them for you.

Greetings to you as well.

Somehow we keep plugging along even without much of a EQ2 Emulator community. For me, I like the challenge of learning something new, and C++ is relatively new too me, and the fact that EQ2 has always been the best MMO I have played (well, except for original Star Wars Galaxies).

As Jabantiz said, any questions you may, feel free to ask and we will try to answer them best we can.
