New command, sets fish vision and underwater breath (no more bar while swimming)

/aquaman 1 to turn on
/aquaman 0 to turn off

Nice. Is this actually an EQ2 Live "slash command" for players, or just something for us to test with? Aquaman sounds like something SOE would come up with lol

Just a dev command for us, quick easy way to toggle the fish vision and get rid of the breath bar. And xinux came up with the name
