I guess it's only a matter of my opinion. But here's a little better GUI. Easier to edit the tables, like adding npcs, equipment and editing and such. http://www.webyog.com/en/downloads.php Make sure you get the SQLyog Community Edition 6.15

Yes! I use SQLyog for updating my schema for Mangos for over a year now, I also have the SQuirreL SQL Client (I use it for JavaDB and Postgres) and the ordinary MySQL browser too.
I like the official MySQL Query Browser for poking around in the tables though, it's a cleaner interface.
But, the SQLyog Community Edition for me has been very, very dependable when you're sourcing big updates (~2MB to up to 100MB+) error free. So I highly recommend it as well.
