Something that just started today, far as I know. I attack something, and nothing happens. Then 30s or more later, you see a little melee happen and it stops again. Lag meter shows it's not the connection, server is sitting at 2% CPU idle, so it's not processing power. This is the Linux server, EQ2 DB Project, so you should be able to experience this by logging in and attacking anything.
