What you can do is go to Start > Control Panel > Regional and Language Options.
Click on the Languages tab, then the Details button.
Under the Settings tab, click the Add button.
From the pull-down menus, select United States, then click OK.
Then at the bottom click the Language Bar button and make sure that Show The Language Bar On The Desktop is checked.
This will put a button in your task bar that will let you switch from Russian keyboard layout to English.
Now, to use the "American Keyboard", go to Start > Programs > Accessories > Accessiblity > On Screen Keyboard.
From here, you can use that to create a name in English.
