Speed command does not stay set anymore. For instance if you set it to 200 and after running for a short distance or getting aggro or going into combat it revert's back to your normal run speed.
EQ II - Build=1360 (Orig) - Build=1360 (DoF) - Build=2654 (KoS) - Build=3375 (Classic) - Build=3554 (EoF)

as in /speed? or using spell bonuses?

Commited a fix for this.

/speed just sent a control packet and never set any values so when speed would change a new control packet would be sent overriding the one /speed did. It should now set the base speed, and work like it use to.
