I don't think our collection list was ever converted on the last item parse, that's probably what this is from.

this is still hapening i noticed, so i reimported all the collection information collections,collection details, and collection rewards, including the soe item id(required a db mod on my server, and then run a simple query to tie them together so now the collections no longer say they are in use (this is on my server)

the collection information needs imported on eq2emu server

this was remedied about a year ago, since i rekeyed all the item IDs by hand >.<
