This would be easy to fix just need to know what the minimum level should be and what quest it is.

Oh sorry! This would be the quest 'Kestrel Pot Pie'

Edit: This also goes for 'Frozen Pincher Chowder', 'Spider Puffs' and 'Ham and Beans'. <---- all level 20 quests.

I think they should be available at sort of 15 or something, not completely sure, but the mobs are 20 so I could not possibly manage to kill them at level 5.
