left hand key-setup

My husband is Left handed, and I don't know if any of you are, but he always find games odd and difficult because of the need to remap every key to fit his situation. I am not sure if this would be a thing for us to do, but would it be possible to make a left handed and right handed box to tick and have it automatically adjust to the desired settings?

I think the client does let you do that, you can save alternate keymaps if you go to the options window (alt + o)

Thats what im saying! Im asking cus he has been struggling fixing keys in Vanguard, he bought a new left hand addition thing to the keyboard. It irks him quite a bit that the world is so Right:P
