It has been years since I looked at this.
Since then I have gained a better understanding of code C++, perl, LUA (hate perl), html and php.

I may try this out a bit, maybe fire up a server on the dev box I have setup for The Al'Kabor Project.
It is plenty powerful and under utilized. So I have been considering what other Emu's to pop on there since there is quite a few I felt strongly about.
This being on of them.

If anything is needed as far as utils made, web/spreadsheet style tracking for progress or what ever let me know.
I am parked in the irc channel with the rest of the channels I auto join.

Anyway, as I get free time from co-admin duties on TAKP I'll mess with this a bit.
Glad to see this still is getting attention.
