Starting Zones

Do we not already have a list of every starting_zone for all the different combinations? If not I may be creating one.

I thought we had one but I am unable to find it after a couple quick searches. It shouldn't be hard to make a new list with wikia or zam the only thing I do not know off hand is the id to use in the choice field, it is related to what the user selected on the map when creating their character but I do not think it is as simple as 1-6 but I may be mistaken as it has been so long sense I dealt with that.
