Custom Items

As far as custom items go, I notice the soe_item_id cannot be null, looks like it has a FK too. What is the procedure on custom items?

I wasn't aware that soe_item_id had a unique key on it, as far as I know it is not required to have that for the server, it is just used for item links from live, so this might be something left over from parsing. There should be no harm in removing the unique key from that field and having the default be 0.
