DB Editor

Is there ever going to be a public release of the DB Editor? I think one of the things impairing any serious development is the lack of tools available. Most of the existing tools are broken from past database schema changes. I have one old tool partially working but have to spend much needed developmental time fixing old tools gets discouraging. I have resorted to manual database and table changes to get most of my work done.

The web editor we use for the official server is closed source by request of the author. Other then that there is only what is on tools svn. I would like to see an all purpose editor but my time has mostly been devoted to the server over tools. I did make a spell editor that still seems to function, I had the intent to expand on that to cover everything but I kind of dropped it due to the fact I tried to make videos of spell animations and it was taking up way to much time.
