Double Feather

Anyone ever see a double feather above an NPC? I have done a few quest and never had this happen. He only has one quest.

That is odd as all we do is set a value for if the feather should be displayed or not and the client handles the rest. I would say a client error but I have never seen this happen before, is it always like that?

Yep!! I will be doing more quest soon, so I will see if the next NPC does it.

Know what it was? This quest guy was a fisherman, decided to give him a fishing pole under NPC appearance. I even tried changing colors, slot to secondary but every time double feathers. I lost the fishing pole, one feather. LOL!
