Note About MySQL and M$Office
when installing this, it wants python installed for some feature i can't remember and M$Office installed for spreadsheet support. i already have that with Open Office, but MySQL wouldn't acknowledge that so i found and installed some M$Office and, omfg, it got into everything and fundamentally changed the way my system works so much that i ended up having to spend the better part of 2 days figuring out how to uninstall it since it insisted on reinstalling itself. i thought i'd virus checked in setup files but maybe not.
