/spawn details

After a couple of nights doing content dev the "/spawn details" command began to annoy me mainly because everything was dumped to chat and after using it a lot values became difficult to find. In my attempt to figure out a better way to present the info I decided to forget trying to format the text and instead went with a book and this is the result.

The text still dumps to the chat window and if people don't like the book I can add in a rule to disable it but for now both will show. This is up on the emu server now and code is on the dev svn. For CoE clients all you need to do is make sure you have the latest structs, for DoV you need the latest structs and modify the "OP_EqShowBookCmd" to an opcode of 614, I am not sure of the correct slide as most other stuff around that range seems to be correct, you can have dupe opcodes though and that is how it is currently set up until I figure out what is going on in that range.

can i get access to dev svn? seems i only have access to the regular one or i am not looking in the correct place

dev svn has already sync'd with public so all of this is now on the public svn

So something else I have discovered that I thought was impossible, the text can be colored in books by inserting a \ followed by the hex code for the color into the string. For example if you were to put "\#0000FF" into the string every thing after in that string will be blue.

I was thinking of maybe using this to alternate colors to make it easier to line up, any opinions on this and if people want this what colors?

I think adding colors could be a nice touch. Well for me at least. It would allow to find something at a glance.

i added\changed the code you changed for this to work and something still wrong
hope this was the correct opcode to change

The opcode only needed to be changed for the 1096 verison range, for 1208 it was already correct and should be 660

ok i made a mistake i am on 1096 for dov

i changed the opcode as follows

did you move the new WorldStructs.xml from trunk/structs to your server folder?

Edit: Just did a local test on DoV again and it works for me
